The company was founded by a young and ambitious programmer – Dmitry Kostik – from Stakhanov (Ukraine, Lugansk Region) in 2002.
High professionalism of the company employees promoted rapid development of the company and in 2004 the headquarters of Kodisoft moved to the capital of Ukraine – Kiev. Moving to the business and financial center of the country opened up new development and expansion opportunities.
Thus, in a short time appeared and was successfully embodied an IDBM (Intellect Device for Bluetooth Marketing) project – unique device for Bluetooth marketing for Ukraine that laid the foundation of absolutely new advertising direction in Ukraine.
However, despite the uniqueness of the technology, Kodisoft didn’t stop only at Bluetooth marketing: step by step new projects were realized, new clients appeared, staff was expanded and partner agreements were signed.

Founders, administration and key persons
|
Kodisoft founder is Dmitry Kostik. Currently the company is run by the Board of Directors. Dmitry Kostik is now Acting Head of the Board of Directors and the owner of control package of shares of Kodisoft. Roman Sirota (Head of Development Department) and Vladislav Mikhailov (Head of Sales Department) are also the members of the Board of Directors. Stas Kostik is the Head of Design Department and main developer of all designer solutions of Kodisoft Company.

Company name

Initially the company was named Intellect System. However, later on as the company became international-standing it was decided to change the name for more harmonious and adapted to the Western-European and American perception. So, in 2007 appeared the name – Kodisoft (in honor of the main founder of the company). Since then all solutions and technologies started to be produced under the registered label Kodisoft with reserved copyright. Old name Intellect System can still be seen in earlier company developments to this day.

IDBM – first device for Bluetooth marketing in Ukraine. It allows to transmit any information to mobile phone or any other device shipped with Bluеtooth module. The device has no parallels in the world by its purpose.
KoLight – is an interactive projection system – unique tool of live advertising. It allows to project graphics, animation, 3D models, videoclips of any format on the most various surfaces and then allows the user to interactively control projected images, in other words, the image &"revives&" and starts to change as the user approaches to it and depending on his movements and actions. Such type of advertisement demonstrates fantastic effectiveness. Experience of Coca-Cola Company that carried out a campaign using interactive projections in Spanish supermarkets may serve as an example. As a result 80% of the visitors of supermarkets were involved into the process of interactive game and sales volume of Coca-Cola drinks during the campaign grew sixfold (!).
BookPro – software providing for book selling effective organization and centralized management. The solution is developed and maximally suited to the specifics of such a field in CIS countries.
BusinessPro – software complex to maintain accounting records and manage accounts of the company rendering printing services. Allows to effectively store, structure, process and analyze all commercial information. This solution is used by a series of large printing houses of Ukraine.
